Auto Generated Content: If you use MakeReels.ai under 'AutoPilot' settings to automatically generate and schedule content, we embed an AI attribution watermark. This differentiates fully AI-created content from user-directed creations. The watermark is in line with emerging regulations for disclosing synthetic content. Users have the option to remove this watermark when they actively participate in the content creation process.
Voice Cloning Ethics: We prioritize ethical use of AI in voice cloning. Users of MakeReels.ai can only clone their own voice for enhancing productivity and personalization in content creation. Uploading of third-party voice samples for cloning is strictly prohibited to respect privacy and ethical standards.
Content Creation and Usage Policy
1. Voice Cloning
Available for paid account holders to create personalized content. Users have control and deletion options for their voice data. Voice cloning is strictly limited to the account holder to maintain ethical use. We are not responsible for mismatches or inappropriate content selection in Autopilot-generated audio content, including multilingual content.
2. Automated Reel (autopilot) Feature
You can turn on the auto creation and publish mode and when enabled, it automatically creates and publishes reels using available stock media. We are not responsible for mismatches or inappropriate content selection as reels created without human review, including multilingual content. Additionally, MakeReels.ai and Devi AI LLC is not liable for any damages, claims, or liabilities arising from the use of user-uploaded or automated generated video content.
3. AI Generated Background Music
Generated within our tool for use in the service. External usage is subject to restrictions and requires appropriate permissions.
4. Text Generation
Utilizing models like ChatGPT, Bard, and Claude.AI, we are not responsible for the content generated or its suitability, including multilingual text generation.
Content Restrictions
Prohibited Content: Users may not upload, generate, or distribute unlawful, dangerous, infringing, obscene, or illegal content. This includes but is not limited to:
- Child sexual abuse material
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Bestiality or extreme violence
- Terrorist propaganda
- Instructions for illegal dangerous activities
- Stolen or copyrighted material
- Threats, harassment, or invasion of privacy
- Deception, impersonation, or fraud Monitoring: We use a combination of automated systems and human review to monitor for policy violations. Removals: We immediately remove confirmed illegal content. For other violations, users are given notice to self-edit within 24 hours prior to removal. Removal may result in account termination.
